The LSI 9400-8i tri-mode storage adapter is ideal for high-end servers utilizing internal storage or connecting to large-scale external storage enclosures. It has the ability to operate NVMe, SAS, or SATA storage devices in a single drive bay*, giving you maximum flexibility in server system design. With up to eight internal ports, the adapter can connect up to 1024 SAS/SATA devices or 24** NVMe devices, providing superior scalability. It is based on the SAS3408 IO controller and features the latest x8 lane PCI Express 3.1 connectivity, delivering increased connectivity and maximum performance needed by critical applications. NVMe Performance Gains for Storage

The Tri-Mode Storage HBAs bring NVMe performance benefits to the storage tier by providing connectivity and data protection that HBAs have offered for over 20 years for SAS/SATA interfaces.

Based on the single core SAS3408 Tri-Mode Storage I/O controller (IOC), the LSI SAS 9400-8i increases bandwidth and IOPS performance compared with the previous generation. It provides up to 12Gbps SAS and up to 6Gbps SATA performance across eight lanes of PCIe 3.1 connectivity. In addition, it’s backwards compatible with previous SAS and PCIe generations, providing SAS data transfer rates of 6Gbps and 3Gbps per lane, and SATA data transfer rates of 3Gbps per lane.

I have paid, why is the order status still pending?

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our system and the payment processor’s system. We will deal with the order once remittance is confirmed.

If you need the product(s) urgently, you can choose different payment methods such as credit card or PayPal which are faster.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

If you have not completed payment for the order, you can click “Cancel Order” in Order Details.

If you have already paid for it, please contact your account manager immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund. Please note that most orders are automatically transmitted to our warehouse systems to process, therefore it may not always be possible to cancel your order. Your account manager will assist you in this matter.

Orders containing customized items or other special conditions cannot be canceled once they have entered the “processing” status.

Do you provide a Cash-on-Delivery service?

No, We do not provide this service now a days.

Why has my payment failed?

There are various reasons for the failure of an online payment, such as inaccurate bank card information, payment request rejection by the bank, network connection problems, etc. If this happens, you can re-initiate the purchase process and try again. If you still cannot pay, please contact your account manager for help.

Will my card information be stored in your database?

Imaginer does not store your payment details such as bank cards, credit cards or any other payment information. When you make a payment, the system will only send relevant payment information to the third-party payment platform or bank securely.

What to do if I was overcharged?

Don’t worry. Please contact the bank to confirm the deduction amount, date, and payee. It would be more helpful if you can offer an image or receipt with this information. Then your account manager will help you check.

How long will the shipping take?

It depends on the shipping methods. We provide the following shipping methods:

Postal parcel —– This is the most common and most economical international transportation method. It usually takes 6-23 days to arrive. (It can be tracked)

Direct flight —– Usually, we use this method of transportation the most, it arrive EU in 4-12 work days. But you need to pay VAT to us in advance, we will pay VAT on your behalf.

Global Express ——- DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. Our professional freight partner accounts have better discounts, of course, you can still choose your own account.

However, all delivery dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, international customs procedures, local couriers and delivery companies, etc.

If I need a product urgently, can you provide expedited delivery?

We provide different shipping methods with different shipping time and prices. If you need a product urgently, you can choose those shipping methods that can provide the earliest delivery date.

Is it possible to know the shipping cost before placing an order?

You can start a return throught the Request RMA section of your account center or submit your request through the Product Return Request. Or you can contact your account manager.

For registered customers, we recommend the first option, which is more efficient and convenient.

If I bought extra or wrong product, can I return it?

If you simply change your mind or do not need the products, you can submit a return if the item is eligible for 30-day return service.

What documents are required to process a return?

An RMA form is necessary for you to process the return. All items must be returned with an RMA form accordingly. RMA means “Return Merchandise Authorisation”, which is provided by us after confirming your return.
