A Message to our Customers.With the spread of COVID-19, Imaginer Store online shopping continues to rise dramatically. As a result, our shipping promises will show longer than you normally expect. As of now, we consider our fulfillment teams to be business critical, and they continue to work to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible. For our employees’ safety and yours, we’re taking extra precautions with additional cleaning and sanitation in our fulfillment centers.
In order to protect your rights and interests, after you pay, we will give 1-2 days as a cooling-off period. and shipping it our in 2-5 working days total. Before we submit the shipping tracking number to you, you can cancel your order for free, But If you need to cancel the order after we submit the shipping tracking number, in order to ensure the safety of our goods and funds, you need to submit a return application to us after receiving the goods. - Free shipping: we will use the Postal parcel to shipping your goods, it will take 10-25 days to Delivery.
- Direct Flight: this is a Postal parcel too, but it will Fly to your country directlly(Only for some countries), and we will paid the VAT for you and charged in the shipping fee(Only for some countries and you will see it on the checkout page). it will take 5-20 days to Delivery.
- Global Express: we will shipping your goods via DHL, FedEx, UPS etc. it will take 3-15 days to Delivery. But you need to take all the Taxes and customs clearance fees, it depends on your country’s policy.
It depends on the shipping methods. We provide the following shipping methods:
Postal parcel —– This is the most common and most economical international transportation method. It usually takes 6-23 days to arrive. (It can be tracked)
Direct flight —– Usually, we use this method of transportation the most, it arrive EU in 4-12 work days. But you need to pay VAT to us in advance, we will pay VAT on your behalf.
Global Express ——- DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. Our professional freight partner accounts have better discounts, of course, you can still choose your own account.
However, all delivery dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, international customs procedures, local couriers and delivery companies, etc.
We provide different shipping methods with different shipping time and prices. If you need a product urgently, you can choose those shipping methods that can provide the earliest delivery date.
After you add products to shopping cart, please proceed to the checkout page and fill in the shipping address. You can see all the shipping options available for your order and the corresponding shipping cost.
As the purchase has not been completed yet, you will not be charged until you click “Confirm Order” and fill in your payment information.
Different countries have different tariff policies, Usually you need to pay the possible tariff or import fee caused by customs clearance.
Once the order has been packaged, you cannot change the shipping address. If you have not completed payment, you will need to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address.
