The LSI 9361-8i 12Gbps SAS and SATA RAID controller card is designed to deliver unmatched RAID performance and RAID data protection for the most demanding next-generation server and storage platforms.

The LSI 9361-8i (LSI00417 / LSI00462) controller card supports critical, high-bandwidth applications with PCI-e 3.0 connectivity, and includes eight internal 12Gbps SATA and SAS ports, which lets you easily connect up to 128 SATA or SAS drives. It strikes a perfect balance between protection and performance for critical applications with RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, and 60. Also, it comes with support for Avago Advanced Software options for enhanced performance and data protection. Employing advanced drive diagnostic technology, it can help diagnose if the drive is indeed failed or can be restored, giving you extra convenience. Plus, with a low profile form factor, this controller card is easy to install.

High Performance

The MegaRAID SAS 9361-8i offers two 1.2GHz PowerPC processor cores and a 72-bit DDRIII interface that drives 1GB cache memory. Powered by the LSI SAS 3108 dual-core ROC, it includes the latest PCI Express 3.0 and 12Gbps SAS technology. Offering up to double the data transfer rate of 6Gbps SAS solutions, 12Gbps SAS allows the SAS infrastructure to deliver bandwidth that can fully utilize that of PCI Express 3.0 with a single controller card.

Enterprise Data Protection

Standard support for the most popular RAID levels and accessories, including RAID 5, RAID 6, and CacheVault Flash cache protection module (not included), further strengthens the data protection capabilities of the MegaRAID SAS 9361-8i.

A new enterprise feature employed by the 12Gbps MegaRAID SAS controllers is advanced drive diagnostic technology. In the event of a physical drive failure, the drive is placed in shield state and the MegaRAID controller starts drive diagnostics to determine if the drive is indeed failed or can be restored. This saves customers time, money and lost compute time associated with transient drive failures and unnecessary drive returns.

Support for Advanced Software Options

The family of 12Gbps MegaRAID controllers are designed to support Avago advanced software options that provide system integrators and VARs with enhanced performance and data protection capabilities. These software options help enable end users to address key business challenges while helping to deliver a higher return on their IT investments. MegaRAID CacheCade Pro 2.0 software (optional) and MegaRAID Fast Path software (included) boost transactional I/O performance of solid state disk configurations, while SafeStore software enables enhanced data protection and security when used with encryption capable devices.

I have paid, why is the order status still pending?

The delay may result from the time required to synchronize payment confirmation between our system and the payment processor’s system. We will deal with the order once remittance is confirmed.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

What payment methods are supported on Imaginer?

We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer.

Do you provide a Cash-on-Delivery service?

No, We do not provide this service now a days.

Why has my payment failed?

There are various reasons for the failure of an online payment, such as inaccurate bank card information, payment request rejection by the bank, network connection problems, etc. If this happens, you can re-initiate the purchase process and try again. If you still cannot pay, please contact your account manager for help.

Will my card information be stored in your database?

Imaginer does not store your payment details such as bank cards, credit cards or any other payment information. When you make a payment, the system will only send relevant payment information to the third-party payment platform or bank securely.

What to do if I was overcharged?

Don’t worry. Please contact the bank to confirm the deduction amount, date, and payee. It would be more helpful if you can offer an image or receipt with this information. Then your account manager will help you check.

How long will the shipping take?

It depends on the shipping methods. We provide the following shipping methods:

Postal parcel —– This is the most common and most economical international transportation method. It usually takes 6-23 days to arrive. (It can be tracked)

Direct flight —– Usually, we use this method of transportation the most, it arrive EU in 4-12 work days. But you need to pay VAT to us in advance, we will pay VAT on your behalf.

Global Express ——- DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. Our professional freight partner accounts have better discounts, of course, you can still choose your own account.

However, all delivery dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, weather conditions, international customs procedures, local couriers and delivery companies, etc.

If I need a product urgently, can you provide expedited delivery?

We provide different shipping methods with different shipping time and prices. If you need a product urgently, you can choose those shipping methods that can provide the earliest delivery date.

Yes, within the product warranty period, we offer a free maintenance service. If the warranty period has expired, we can still repair it for you, but we will charge a fee case-by-case.

You can start a return throught the Request RMA section of your account center or submit your request through the Product Return Request. Or you can contact your account manager.

For registered customers, we recommend the first option, which is more efficient and convenient.

If I bought extra or wrong product, can I return it?

If you simply change your mind or do not need the products, you can submit a return if the item is eligible for 30-day return service.

What documents are required to process a return?

An RMA form is necessary for you to process the return. All items must be returned with an RMA form accordingly. RMA means “Return Merchandise Authorisation”, which is provided by us after confirming your return.
